• $2400 Interior Space Rendering
• $4000 Exterior Space Rendering
• $20000 Campus Exterior (Generic surrounding area, site and landscape development, 3D model (assuming Sketchup or REVIT) development and entourage)
• $20000 Campus Interior (typically a Dining, Bar, Lobby, Gym and Living Unit)

After the initial 3d development stage is complete…

• $6000 per 30 seconds of Animation (1920×1080 HD resolution)

Every project is different and the above pricing is only an average estimation. It assumes that the provided 3D model will be used “as-is.” Final pricing will be provided after all of the startup files have been reviewed.

• Material samples
• Moodboards, colorway, and/or aesthetic reference images
• Your desired resolution (length x width @ 300 dpi)
• Your desired deliverable format (.jpg, .png, .tif, layered .psd, etc.)
• Your desired deadline

We will need this information to precisely determine the scope-of-work and pricing.
